East Ward – Ward Sister Jenny Bryant is acting Ward Manager
North Ward – Ward Sister Sharon Harding.
The Matron is Mandy Allinson
Our Philosophy is that “The Patient is the most important person in our hospital”
so if you have any feedback or concerns please discuss with one of the above.
Visiting Times are 2pm – 5pm and 6pm – 8pm.
Our Meal Times are protected which gives you the chance to eat without interruptions, however if you wish your relatives/carers to assist you at meal times or dine with you this can be arranged.
Visitors are asked for a small donation for hot drinks.
Also if you wish your relatives / carers to be involved in your discharge this can be arranged. Please speak to a nurse.
The hospital has a Multi Faith Chaplaincy Service. If you would like a visit from the Chaplain please ask a member of staff.
Hospital Facilities
WRVS Trolley is available on a Wednesday selling a range of items such as sweets, biscuits drinks and toiletries.
A Hairdresser visits every Tuesday – ask a nurse to book an appointment.
The hospital also has it’s own hospital radio service available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
